Backstory - Growing up in the slums, Martha has had to deal with a lot of problems. A mugger shot her dad when she was 4 and her mum died when she was 7, with no other relatives she was left to raise herself. When on the streets at the age of 12 she met Silver, who at the time was 8. Knowing what he was going through, and not wanting to be on her own she became an adoptive sister to him, fending him from the dangers of the slums. She may look weak but she can handle herself in a fight. In Silvers parallel future (the one with the flames of disaster) she had died at 8, which means she hasn’t met Blaze before and like everyone else the event remains unknown with Silver being the only one with the memories. (Note in my fan fics only Silver is the only one who remembers what happened with Mephiles, I have dismisssed the plot of Rivals because it wrecks the plots of Rush)
